Work with PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) IT applications and production support team to provide functional and business expertise to address:
- Re-configuration of ELM module v9.1 to ensure accurate training, re-certification, and professional certification records are created, maintained and readily accessible to appropriate managers and employees
- Troubleshoot functional and business process issues related to ELM module v9.1
- Translate ELM module configuration to respective PeopleSoft users, IT staff and IT Management
- Configure the ELM module v9.1 to support key initiatives including Qualification Requirements Report for training, Requirements Gap Analysis, Training Audit Process, Certification Management Process and Supplemental Learning Management Process
- Work with other functional analysts and developers to determine the best technical approach and Fit-Gap of user requirements and ELM
- Provide IT support to map existing internal WMATA technical, professional development and leadership courses to new job requirements

Minimum qualifications
- Ability to develop test plans, create test scripts and perform all phases of testing from Unit to UAT for front and back end functionality
- Experience must include strong capability to write complex SQL scripts to resolve data issues
- Must be familiar with ELM table structure
- Experience must include ability to independently configure integration between HCM and ELM modules
- 3+ years of PeopleSoft ELM functional experience must include module configuration, developing training materials, requirements gathering, and writing reports
- Recent experience with large scale implementation and production support for PeopleSoft ELM modules with at least three separate companies
- Last assignment must be directly involved with ELM implementation, upgrade, or production support
- Capable of configuring modules independently to align with WMATA’s business processes
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
